Shipping policy

Mori Bonsai provides free delivery for all products to the destinations available at checkout. This policy applies to supported destinations across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, the United States and Canada.

Delivery Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Gulf Standard Time on a business day are prepared for dispatch the same day. Estimated delivery is five business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. Customs, import inspections, extreme weather and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery is free for all products and supported destinations shown at checkout.

Live Plants and International Delivery

Bonsai trees are living plants and may require phytosanitary certificates, import permits or other regulatory documentation. Customers are responsible for confirming that a live plant can legally enter the destination country and for providing any importer documentation requested by the relevant authorities.

If an order cannot legally be shipped to its destination, Mori Bonsai will contact the customer and cancel and refund the affected item. We may also delay dispatch when transportation conditions would create an unreasonable risk to the health of a live tree.

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Live bonsai are inspected and secured before dispatch. Tracking or delivery coordination details will be sent using the contact information supplied with the order.

Receiving Your Order

Inspect the item promptly after delivery. If it is damaged, materially different from its description or incorrectly supplied, contact Mori Bonsai within 48 hours with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Delivery Address and Availability

Customers must provide a complete delivery address and a working contact number. Someone must be available to receive a live tree where unattended delivery has not been agreed. Additional delivery charges may apply when a new attempt is required because the address or contact details were incorrect or nobody was available.

Collection

Where local collection is offered, wait for confirmation that the order is ready before visiting. Responsibility for transportation transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over in good condition.

Returns, refunds, exchanges and delivery-damage claims are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
